Here's an overview of the typical steps involved in our process:

  • Role Definition: We define the role, outlining the key responsibilities, required skills, experience, and qualifications.

2. Market Research and Strategy Development:

  • Industry Analysis: We conduct market research to identify current trends and  benchmarks in compensation, talent availability, and other relevant factors.
  • Sourcing  Strategy: Based on the insights, we develop a tailored sourcing  strategy to attract the best candidates.

3. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Network  and Database: We leverage our extensive network and database of industry professionals to identify potential candidates.
  • Job  Advertising: We post job openings on relevant job boards, social  media platforms, and industry-specific forums.
  • Passive Search: We proactively reach out to passive candidates who are not actively looking for new opportunities but may be a perfect fit for the role.

4. Screening and Shortlisting:

  • Initial  Screening: We review resumes and conduct initial phone/video  screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and  interest.
  • Skill  Assessment: Depending on the role, we may use technical tests, case studies, or other assessment tools to gauge candidates’ capabilities.

5. Client Interviews and Selection:

6. Offer and Negotiation:

7. Onboarding and Follow-up:

  • Onboarding  Support: We support the candidate through the resignation and transition process, ensuring they are well prepared for their new role.
  • Follow-up: We maintain communication with both the client and the new hire during  the initial months to ensure a successful integration and provide ongoing  support as needed.

8. Continuous Improvement:

  • We  continuously seek feedback from clients and candidates to improve our processes. We stay updated on industry trends and invest in training and technology to maintain our high standards.
